In partnership with our Training Provider, Developed Edge, The G2 Academy can provide a structured and tailored approach to supporting new sales placements via coaching for increased performance. Together with you, our accredited coaching associates – all of whom have sales and sales management experience within healthcare and medical devices – help establish objectives between individuals and other key stakeholders and set out a plan of action.
Coaching can be provided to individuals or groups and teams and is usually done so over a 6-12 month period as remote (Skype/telephone) sessions.
Developed Edge employ a range of tools and techniques including their trademarked GO NAKED® approach and can also draw on the skills of their Occupational Psychologists where profiling and assessment tools are required.
Professional Sales Training Qualification
The G2 Academy provides Professional Sales Training specifically aimed at those recently placed candidates who are either graduate recruits or new to the Healthcare industry.
The course is run by our Training Partner, Developed Edge and examines the alignment of attitudes, skills and behaviour of sales professionals, over an intensive two-day programme. Focused on selling into the complex and dynamic healthcare environment, delegates will be provided with a philosophy and a process for increased buyer-seller congruency.
Utilising a blended and reflective learning approach and led by senior industry experts, delegates will benefit from intimate presentation and discussion including healthcare professionals. Simulated selling scenarios with video feedback sessions will allow delegates to apply, analyse and evolve their skills. A measurable follow up allows review and reinforcement to ensure core sales skills become part of delegates’ ‘sales DNA’.
The outcome of the course is to enable the participants to:
- Develop, implement and evaluate an ethical sales approach to be utilised when working and promoting your products in the field.
- Identify the mind-set, behaviour and skills necessary in a sales professional to effect and support change in customer’s clinical practice
- Implement and evaluate a customer-congruent, product-centred sales call for which learners have sales responsibility.
Following completion of a verbal, written and practical assessment, delegates have the opportunity to complete a Professional Certificate awarded by Eduqual.
The G2 Academy Assessment Centre provides our clients with the opportunity to assess and select candidates based on their performance across a range or practical and real-world simulations. Hosted in collaboration with our Training Partner, Developed Edge, the Assessment Centre allows for up to eight pre-screened and qualified candidates to be appraised over the course of the day in order to support your decision making in final selection.
